A 3-time Regional Emmy Award winning actor that has made an indelible mark here in the Twin Cities performing principal roles at such theaters as: Penumbra, Guthrie, Ordway, Children's, Illusion, Mixed Blood and Minnesota Opera. He holds stage credits with regional theater companies and both national and international productions that includeCarnegie Hall, regional/national tours and performances abroad in Africa, South America and Europe. He’s appeared in local and national television commercials, feature films, HBO mini-series and other television programming.

Known for his scintillating interpretations of jazz standards, the Great American Songbook, and captivating treatments of R&B and Soul classics, T. Mychael is also highly praised for his musical theater repertoire. He has performed at Carnegie Hall, the Minnesota Opera, and throughout Europe, Africa, and South America. His collaborations include Bobby McFerrin, Jennifer Holliday, and The Sounds of Blackness, and he has sung the National Anthem at the NBA Finals and for Presidents Barack Obama and Jimmy Carter. His recordings include two acclaimed CDs and the audiobook Persephone.
