Staff Development

T. Mychael is an accomplished educator, having taught grades K-12 in addition to 23 years as an adjunct professor at the University of Minnesota.  He has parlayed these years of service and dedication into crafting workshops and curriculum development that provide guidance, instruction and coaching to educators, organizations, administrators and staff on how best to harvest, harness, and heal systems of education that leave professionals realizing their capacity to effectively, efficiently and effusively educate with excellence, empathy and eloquence.

Artist Residency

With over 40+ years of classroom experience at his disposal, T. Mychael has garnered a wellspring of lessons learned that he imparts with young learners, high school scholars, and with artful aging programs where participants benefit from music therapy as well as other forms of art making,creative writing or performance based expression.His approach combines what he has gained as an educator with a keen understanding of how to creatively and enthusiastically apply what he has gained from his years of expertise so that participants of all ages can move passionately and authentically TOWARD their greater yet to be!
